Fiercely Compassionate. Compassionately Fierce.

“We need women who are so strong they can be gentle,

so educated they can be humble, so fierce they can be compassionate, so passionate they can be rational, and so disciplined they can be free.”

- Kavita Ramdas

About Me

Hello! I'm Erica

Life Coach | Nature Coach | Life Purpose Coach

Certified Life Coach, Equine Specialist, rock climber, tree whisperer, potter, neuroscience geek, and perfectly imperfect human. I take huge leaps of faith in pursuit of my highest calling. Sometimes I land, sometimes I fall, but I always get back on the horse. I strive to accept the messiness of life with grace and humility. I fiercely believe in the transformative power of introspection, nature connection, and the neuroscience of change.

My journey has been filled with adventure and growth, moments of bliss, and moments of darkness. What cannot be seen from the surface, is the underlying awareness of a finite life, initiated by the loss of a friend at a young age and later on, shaken again by a series of friends passing on to the afterlife.

My story has been shaped by healing and gratitude, anger and fear, family dysfunction (whose hasn't?), forgiveness and understanding, trauma and loss, swimming in the sweet embrace of nature, and developing the skills and gifts of who I am, what I can offer to the world, and unabashedly shining my light from the inside out.

Dig a little deeper and you'll find an imperfect human who has battled her own demons, feels the fear and does it anyway, tries things completely outside her comfort zone, and has taken the plunge into the hard work of personal transformation and embracing her Shadow.

The risks feel great but the rewards are sweet. A life filled with more authenticity, creativity, deeper connections to Self and to the greater good. Less energy caught up in the small stuff, the mini-dramas, the patterns and default behaviors ingrained since childhood, the endless loop of judgments and thoughts that no longer serve.

I've learned to follow the trigger, for where it leads is gold. The healing begins when we can see our wounds, become aware of what isn't working, honor and grow what is, and create a new story for where we want to be.

Thank you for joining me on this journey.

xoxo Erica
