What to expect: After booking, you'll receive a Discovery Questionnaire that will begin the coaching process. Carve out time to answer these questions about the person who knows you best - You. During our session: Come with your query. What do you want to work on? Bring a journal if you'd like to capture key moments. I'll be taking notes too. Get ready to breathe with the trees and get fierce with your transformation. If we're meeting in person in Bend, Oregon, come dressed for the weather. If we're meeting online, there may be parts of the session you're invited to experience nature, if available to you. Please have appropriate gear ready for the weather where you're located.
